Free Shipping

HILEY USA offers free shipping on all e-scooter orders within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, or Hawaii, and we do not deliver to PO Boxes or APOs. All deliveries are fulfilled by FedEx Ground and are subject to their operational schedules.

Delivery Scheduling

Orders placed on our website typically ship within 1-2 business days. Once your order is picked up by FedEx Ground or UPS, we'll send you a shipment notification along with your tracking number.

Delivery time to your address usually takes 2-6 business days, depending on your location. All delivery estimates are approximate.
