We are happy to share an important update with our community. The Hiley Help Center has just been updated and is now live on our website.

This new Help Center is designed to give you clear answers and practical guidance for daily use of your scooter. Our goal is to help you solve common issues faster and ride with more confidence.

What You Can Find in the Help Center

The Help Center now covers many common topics, including order and shipping questions, product issues, battery and charging guidance, and riding tips.

You will also find step by step answers to common maintenance questions, such as how to fold your scooter correctly, how to protect it from water, how to charge the battery safely, and how to check tires and brakes.

For waterproof protection, we explain what the IPX7 rating means and how to take proper care of your scooter after riding in wet conditions.

Each question is written in a simple and direct format. You do not need technical knowledge to understand the answers.
