• The video or shorts must be at least 10 seconds long
• You must use an actual Hiley scooter to film the video
• The video must be posted after January 1, 2026
• The engagement rate must reach 1% ([Likes + Comments + Shares] / Views ≥ 1%)
• The video must be original content as verified by the YouTube creator dashboard
• Please follow YouTube’s Community Guidelines

• Anyone who has access to a Hiley electric scooter and meets the requirements can participate, except for creators who are already collaborating with or officially sponsored by Hiley Mobility.

Submissions received each month will be reviewed by the 10th of the following month.

• Each video or link can only be redeemed for a reward once (based on the highest number of video views achieved).
• You can film and upload different videos to increase your chances of claiming multiple rewards.
• Each account is limited to a maximum of 5 rewards per month.

• Rewards will be paid during the last week of the following month for the previous month’s submissions.
• Submitting your screenshot via the “Submit” button constitutes your official entry, and the submission time is based on when the screenshot is uploaded. All eligible rewards will be processed during the scheduled payout period.

• The official email address: marketing@hileymobility.com (one and only) will email you directly for additional details.
• Make sure you provide a valid email address and keep an eye on your mailbox!
• The amount is paid to you without deducting any taxes, duties, tariffs, or other related governmental fees. As required by relevant regulations, you will need to take responsibility for any such charges that may apply.
• Participants must provide a valid bank account. We'll contact the creator when the content is live. Failure to receive payment or account restrictions will be considered a forfeiture or require an alternative payment method.

We may reject claims for purchased/inorganic traffic, bots, repeated/duplicate content, copyright violations, or videos removed/private at the time of verification.
