HILEY USA offers free shipping on all e-scooter orders to those living in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, or Hawaii. Our deliveries are fulfilled primarily by FedEx Ground shipping and are subject to the operation of these partnered delivery companies. We are currently unable to ship directly to PO Boxes or APOs.
2. Delivery Scheduling
When ordering an item from our website, we are able to ship the order in 1-2 business days. After your shipment is picked up by UPS or FedEx Ground, we will contact you with the shipment information and tracking number.
Shipment time to your provided address takes 2-6 business days. All delivery dates provided by the HILEY USA team are estimated time frames.
