1 Year Extended Protection Plan (KING RS)

This Extended Protection Plan is a service contract.

Purchase Requirement

This plan must be purchased at the same time as the electric scooter.

• The Extended Protection Plan is only valid when purchased together with a new electric scooter in the same order
• Plans purchased separately, before or after checkout, are not valid and will be automatically canceled
• One (1) plan applies to one (1) scooter only
  
  

Coverage Period

• Coverage begins after the standard manufacturer warranty expires
• Duration: 12 consecutive months
• Coverage applies only to the original scooter purchased with this plan
  
  

What’s Covered

Covers repairs or replacement of the following components due to manufacturing defects under normal use:

• Electric motor(s)
• Motor controller
• Battery pack (excluding normal capacity degradation)
• Display / dashboard
• Throttle
• Electronic wiring related to the drivetrain

Repair or replacement will be provided at our discretion.

What’s NOT Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Battery degradation due to aging or usage
• Tires, brake components, cosmetic parts
• Water damage, accidents, misuse, abuse
• Unauthorized modifications or aftermarket parts
• Theft, loss, or commercial use
  
  

Service Terms

• Service may include replacement parts, repair instructions, or authorized repair service
• No cash payout or reimbursement is provided
• Service must be approved by our support team prior to repair
  
  

Cancellation & Refund

• Cancelable within 30 days of purchase if unused
• Non-refundable once coverage has started or service has been used
