Cautions

No Pressure-Washer/Steam Cleaning, which can compromise seals.

No Prolonged Submersion or Deep Water: IPX7 ≠ continuous underwater use.

Fresh Water Only: IPX7 is specified in fresh-water conditions, not salt/corrosive liquids.

Ginger On Wheel

"I felt like it was my civic duty to inspect the scooter's insides the next day. Did I just get really lucky and escape with a working scooter and a bunch of footage, or is this thing really that waterproof? After all, even the Inmotion RS that I rode underwater had some little puddles and specks of debris inside. But the Super VR, I opened it up and nothing. It was bone dry. In fact, after I took the top screws out, it was sealed up so tight that I had to use two motorcycle tire levers just to pry the deck off, but not before scraping off the glued on deck mat with a box cutter to reveal the screws. Inside, all the wires were soldered or shrink wrapped. They had waterproof connectors. Every crack and cranny was covered in aut rubber gasket material. The phase wires were sealed into the controller. And while I'm sure the motors could have maybe got wet and rusted, maybe someday, one thing I do know is for certain is that this is the most waterproof scooter I've ever seen."
